Our client is an Interntional Bank with a operations throughout Europe, Middle East & Asia. Well known in its chosen market and well funded the bank is going through a subsidiarisation process at the moment and they are seeking to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager who will mange the compliance operation whilst the existing Compliance Head focusses on the susidiarisation process.

They are looking for someone who has good people management skills and who has 7+ years compliance experience probably in a UK branch or a subsidiary of an international bank. current CF10/11 approval is not a prerequisite but you will be able to meet the Fit & Proper persons test.
