Global Head of Performance metrics

Our client is a well known international group.

The context and authority for this role drives a strategic differentiation between our client and information/data providers. This role requires significant stakeholder management. The role holder will be required to interact with senior leadership in multiple geographies as well as collaborate with the local businesses

The role holder will be required to build out a vision and strategy and will need to engage with and react to global, regional and local leaders.

This  successful candidate in this role will need to have either C&B, mobility or HR analytics(metrics) knowledge as well as a solid understanding of the financial services industry such that they can create conversation and context to the leading companies in the Financial Services industry.
