Director of Executive Compensation – Hong Kong

Our Client is a well known & established group in the region.

They want to identify an experienced Executive compensation specialist who will:-

  • Provide thought leadership to influence the design of the Group’s executive remuneration programmess including incentive plan design, use of various compensation vehicles and regulatory and financial considerations.
  • Review, design, develop and implement Board-approved remuneration programmes for executives covering Group Executives, entity CEOs and entity Chief Human Resources Officers including compensation, benefits, and equity to attract, engage and retain high-quality talents and support achievement of strategic business initiatives of the Group.

Serves as a senior member of the Group Performance and Rewards team and leads a team of reward subject-matter experts in the areas of executive compensation and long-term incentive programmes and employee share purchase plan.
