Our client has a unique opportunity for a Senior Reward professional to join their highly regarded Executive Reward practice. The business is long established and is highly regarded

Their clients encompass a wide range of organisations including FTSE 100 & Fortune 500, Unlisted, Mid-Cap, and Fast Paced emerging SME’s.

They see their role as trusted advisor to Remuneration Committees, Managing Executive Compensation and of designing incentive schemes in different structures, often for complex, multi-national, organisations.

The continuing growth of their business has highlighted an opportunity to expand their strong, high quality team at a senior level.

You will already be an experienced Executive Compensation advisor either working in house or another consulting firm. You may be blocked for your next promotion or maybe in a queue.

You will be looking for the freedom to build your own high profile with clients and in the external marketplace.

The ability to forge strong, positive working relationships and to think strategically; operationally and pragmatically  is a must.
