We are looking for a Lead, People Analytics the People team in Dubai reporting to the Head of Performance & Rewards
Mission
- You define, build and scale analytics dashboards to support the management in decision support on the areas of Total Rewards, Performance Management, et al
- You gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and teams to design innovative dashboards
- You provide technical solutions to complex data issues
- You build and improve the people analytics capabilities within the People function and across the company
- You look after data quality and integrity within different people systems like Oracle ERP, Fusion, OrgPlus, Cognos, Saba etc
- You design integrated data solutions to improve cross-functional processes like resource planning, budgeting and others
- You support and improve key business process control reporting and analytics
- You define technical solutions to build people analytics solutions
Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a People Analytics function
- Graduate in statistics or CS with excellent skills and passion in analytics domain
- Proven record of designing and conducting relevant experiments to build robust predictive and descriptive analytics and decision support capabilities
- Experience with relevant Oracle dashboards is required, experience with other HRIS solutions advanced analytics will be considered
- Experience with Python and SQL is necessary
- Experience with Micro-Strategy Tableau or other Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools
- Have strong critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into the details where necessary
- You are detail-oriented, have the ability to analyse, model and interpret data to serve the business needs
- You have managed or lead people and high-level stakeholders
- You have strong communication skills in English
- You are an excellent team player
