Head of Reward

We are looking for an experienced Reward Expert to be the No1.

Reporting directly to the CHRO you will be responsible for Executive Compensation, Global Mobility, Shared Services and Reward & Benefits.

You will build your relationship with the Remuneration Committee and develop the Compensation & Benefits strategy/direction of travel.
