Key Functions –
Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking (Towers Watson, Hay Group, Mercer or Aon)
- Manage Survey participation
- Data collection and submission of data for surveys
- Coordinate the survey purchases and invoice payments
Annual compensation and Benefits survey analysis
- Benchmarking of Company pay information to the survey data
- Present to management on the comparison of the market information
Annual Pay reviews
- Plan for annual pay reviews
- Discuss and finalize rules for pay reviews
Rewards Framework changes and review
- Review framework and propose changes
- Conduct market benchmarking, detailed costing and analysis
- Implement framework changes
- Draft detailed plan for implementation of changes
- Detail the policy changes related to the framework changes
- Coordinate with the systems team on changes
Annual Performance & Bonus payouts
- Simulate the Bonus payouts for accurate accrual based on projected company scorecard performance
- Finalize the discretionary bonus payout and guidelines
- Prepare annual bonus files and validate the same with the Executives and Non Executives payroll
- Assist in finalizing the discretionary payout list
- Prepare for discretionary payout as per each CxO with working files for determining the payout
- Annual performance bonus analysis based on overall payout
Annual Executive Performance Bonus (PBVP) payout and Pay Reviews
- Consolidate performance for CEO direct reports
- Prepare the PBVP & Discretionary pay reviews with the Rewards Head
- Prepare the letters for PBVP payout for CEO direct reports
- Assist in creating the emails for all executives for PBVP payout and overlook the emails for the Non Executives
- Create overall analysis summary for executive review
Board Relations
- Work on Board of Directors annual payout by coordinating the details with Board Relations Team
- Prepare the Board of Directors payout file and share the same with the Finance team for payout
- Assist in any other Board related backups/information as requested by the Rewards Head
Staff Cost Budgeting
- Prepare detailed staff cost assumptions as per elements and submit to the finance team
- Monitor finance entries and validate the final outcome with the built model
- Simulate projections related to policies
- Support for reforecast/re-budgeting
Monthly Staff Cost Monitoring
- Monthly Staff Cost monitoring by elements and validate any gaps
- Prepare CTC reposts
- Support CTC requests from HRBP teams
- Support in efficiency drive by conducting CTC analysis
- Support Head of recruitment with Costs, CTCs related to employee movements, contract renewals.
Payroll Support
- Ensure that the commissions files are received on time for payouts
- Prepare analysis on Commission payouts for all teams
- Seek approvals on the commission payout from the Rewards Head on time to ensure timely payout of commission
- Validate all incentive payouts in line with the budget
Employee services support
Support the employee services team to validate salary changes as and when needed in order to adhere to the new framework

- Reward benchmark for roles in order to help business to recruit the right candidates
- Changes to the HR polices relating to rewards
- Salary scales market benchmarking, internal simulations and input into proposal development.
- Simulate workforce efficiencies by providing the related costs and assisting in the systematic review
- Prepare for Job Evaluation roles across the company by internal panel or external comp firm
- Assist in the development of the pay scales as per the business and organizational needs
