Global Head of Reward

Our Client is a multi country organisation with staff based in the major geographies around the world.

This is a strategic role and will lead group wide Reward policies and strategy to deliver reward & performance management programmes  that are effective and transparent in providing the right incentives that fit the medium and long term strategic vision.

The role will direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees, as well as protection. Focuses on cash programs (salaries, bonuses), cash-equivalent programs (stock options), and benefits programs that cover employees of the Group. This is a manager and well-seasoned professional who understands the organization’s needs, recommends the design of multifaceted programs, and implements them efficiently and sensitively.

  • Creative problem solutions
  • First class analytical skills
  • Between 20 – 25 yrs of suitable experience.
