We are retained by a global consulting firm to recruit an experienced consultant to build upon their success in the Middle East.

Our client is looking for someone who combines technical depth and stature with the ability to lead and develop a team as well work across a matrix structure and integrate Reward consulting into their broader offerings including leadership and talent management and organisation design. The ability to foster positive relationships with their information group is crucial, you will have a strong influence on the Reward database.

The Tax Free package offered will be around £150k + profit share, benefits.
