We are looking for an experienced L&D professional with at least 10 years experience to be based in Hong Kong.
- Responsible for learning and development of employees across all functions, departments and entities in the company, including core development programs, digital/virtual learning, onboarding, compliance training and specific strategic programs.
- Coordinate and ensure the delivery of the learning programs at local entities across the Group, providing support to local learning team where necessary
Key Objectives
Conceptualize, design, deliver and promote the learning framework and core programs across all functions, departments and entities
Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies to build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results
Define the digital/virtual learning strategy, partnering with various key functions and leveraging industry best practices to develop cutting-edge approaches that deliver digital/virtual learning solutions that drive lasting impact
- Design, develop and roll out milestone programs for managers and core development learning programs for all employees, including program management and communications
- Develop an onboarding strategy and implement a differentiated new hire experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants and renowned institutions to clearly define requirements, design and develop learning programs and platforms; managing effective relationships and communications with key contacts to achieve the desired outcomes
Need to engage internal stakeholders across levels, particularly senior leaders at the Group Office, Chief Human Resource Officers as well Learning & Development leads for the different countries
Externally, need to engage with external vendors and business partners

Director of Executive Compensation – Hong Kong

They want to identify an experienced Executive compensation specialist who will:-
- Provide thought leadership to influence the design of the Group’s executive remuneration programmess including incentive plan design, use of various compensation vehicles and regulatory and financial considerations.
- Review, design, develop and implement Board-approved remuneration programmes for executives covering Group Executives, entity CEOs and entity Chief Human Resources Officers including compensation, benefits, and equity to attract, engage and retain high-quality talents and support achievement of strategic business initiatives of the Group.
Serves as a senior member of the Group Performance and Rewards team and leads a team of reward subject-matter experts in the areas of executive compensation and long-term incentive programmes and employee share purchase plan.
