{"id":372,"date":"2017-02-08T12:18:26","date_gmt":"2017-02-08T12:18:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chatworthrowe.co.uk\/?p=372"},"modified":"2017-02-09T12:14:36","modified_gmt":"2017-02-09T12:14:36","slug":"executive-compensation-uk-plc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chatworthrowe.co.uk\/active-assignments\/executive-compensation-uk-plc\/","title":{"rendered":"Executive Compensation : UK PLC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Salary range \u00a3100-140K + STI, discertionary LTI, \u00a0&amp; Benefits<br \/>\nLondon based<\/p>\n<p>Our client is a well known\u00a0business with a global reach<\/p>\n<p>We have been retained to search for an Experienced Exec Comp expert who\u00a0will:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Play a key role in the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers<\/li>\n<li>Be accountable for the the drafting of the directors\u2019 remuneration report and preparation for the AGM<\/li>\n<li>Make recommendations on the value and structure of packages for Executive Directors and members the Group Executive Committee<\/li>\n<li>Provide \u201cbusiness partnering\u201d support and be accountable for the relationship with reward functions in other business units by developing relationships within the reward community, providing support and challenge, make recommendations on remuneration issues across the Group (UK, US and Asia) in order to promote and facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practice<\/li>\n<li>Support and deliver ad hoc projects for the Group Reward team, as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You may be currently in a consulting role or in another line role.
