This is a strategic role\u00a0and\u00a0will lead group wide Reward policies and strategy\u00a0to deliver reward & performance management programmes\u00a0 that are effective and transparent in providing\u00a0the right incentives that\u00a0fit\u00a0the\u00a0medium and long term strategic vision.<\/p>\n

The role will direct implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees, as well as protection. Focuses on cash programs (salaries, bonuses), cash-equivalent programs (stock options), and benefits programs that cover employees of the Group. This is a manager and well-seasoned professional who understands the organization\u2019s needs, recommends the design of multifaceted programs, and implements them efficiently and sensitively.<\/p>\n
