{"id":433,"date":"2016-11-17T15:18:09","date_gmt":"2016-11-17T15:18:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chatworthrowe.co.uk\/?p=433"},"modified":"2017-02-09T12:02:26","modified_gmt":"2017-02-09T12:02:26","slug":"senior-learning-development-hong-kong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chatworthrowe.co.uk\/completed-assignments\/senior-learning-development-hong-kong\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Learning &#038; Development &#8211; Hong Kong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HKD 1.3m +<\/p>\n<p>Proficient in English &amp; Chinese<\/p>\n<p>We are working with a well known regional heavyweight<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an experienced L&amp;D professional with at least 10 years experience\u00a0to be based in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for learning and development of employees across all functions, departments and entities in the company, including core development programs, digital\/virtual learning, onboarding, compliance training and specific strategic programs.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Coordinate and ensure the delivery of the learning programs at local entities across the Group, providing support to local learning team where necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conceptualize, design, deliver and promote the learning framework and core programs across all functions, departments and entities<\/p>\n<p>Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop learning strategies to build capabilities and engagement that drives performance and results<\/p>\n<p>Define the digital\/virtual learning strategy, partnering with various key functions and leveraging industry best practices to develop cutting-edge approaches that deliver digital\/virtual learning solutions that drive lasting impact<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and roll out milestone programs for managers and core development learning programs for all employees, including program management and communications<\/li>\n<li>Develop an onboarding strategy and implement a differentiated new hire experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants and renowned institutions to clearly define requirements, design and develop learning programs and platforms; managing effective relationships and communications with key contacts to achieve the desired outcomes<\/p>\n<p>Need to engage internal stakeholders across levels, particularly senior leaders at the Group Office, Chief Human Resource Officers as well Learning &amp; Development leads for the different countries<\/p>\n<p>Externally, need to engage with external vendors and business partners<\/p>\n<p>If you could be interested please contact us &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>rrowe@chatworthrowe.co.uk<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HKD 1.3m + Proficient in English &amp; Chinese We are working with a well known regional heavyweight We are looking for an experienced L&amp;D professional with at least 10 years experience\u00a0to be based in Hong Kong.
