DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n

Overall responsibility for all aspects of Reward (Compensation, Pension and Benefits) and Performance Management at the Group Head Office, as a part of the GHO HR team. The role involves leading the strategic as well as the operational aspects of these three areas to a high degree of quality, accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction.<\/p>\n
