Build relationships with key stakeholders, control\u00a0asset locations, facilitate expansion of our\u00a0presence in various locations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong>&#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Process Improvement<\/u> : Review As Is process &amp; operations, conduct gap analysis &amp; identify improvement areas and establish strong governance frameworks<\/li>\n<li><u>Redesign &amp; Deployment<\/u>: Redesign Real estate processes to ensure smooth operations, zero rework, clear SLA\u2019s, communication &amp; escalation matrix<\/li>\n<li><u>Effective Communication<\/u>: Have unified communication channel for all parties &amp; stakeholders and make communication easy<\/li>\n<li><u>Planning<\/u>: Define a long term plan to reduce cost &amp; strengthen the real estate portfolio. Standardize agreements to increase efficiency. Prepare yearly budget<\/li>\n<li><u>Operations &amp; Team Management<\/u>: Distribute tasks among team members to achieve department objectives and keep the team engaged. Develop the team. Manage end to end site selection, space optimization, leasing space and other functions relating to space requirements. Negotiate and interprets lease agreements. Work with legal team\u00a0 in establishing necessary legal agreements and documentation<\/li>\n<li><u>Market Study &amp; Benchmarking<\/u>: Conduct market study and benchmark studies to ensure cost incurred\u00a0is subsequently lesser than the benchmark<\/li>\n<li><u>Reporting &amp; Data Accuracy<\/u>: Ensure accurate reporting and availability of accurate, updated, structured &amp; extractable data for future analysis for operations MIS.<\/li>\n<li><u>Financial Savings<\/u>: Lead real estate team to ensure that financial objectives and agreed savings targets are met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Education \/ Qualifications: <\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Min Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business or Commerce<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><strong>Knowledge:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/b><\/li>\n<li>UAE real estate Laws &amp; Regulations,<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation, Managerial &amp; Analytical Skills,<\/li>\n<li>Sound Financial Knowledge,<\/li>\n<li>Objective Oriented &amp; Able to form Strategy<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of broker networks, market strategy, market valuations for real property and leasehold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years in Property Management\/Leasing role, preferably 3 years in UAE real estate industry,<\/li>\n<li>Managed a large portfolio of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of real estate project\/areas<\/li>\n<li>Process Re-engineering and project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>please contact me to discuss<\/p>\n<p>Robin Rowe<\/p>\n<p>rrowe@chatworthrowe.co.uk<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: SD Real Estate Excellence Job Purpose: To review Real Estate &amp; Planning operations, identify gaps, streamline processes, develop &amp; implement governance model, identify automation opportunities to produce\u00a0efficient operations.
