Bonus payouts<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Simulate the Bonus payouts for accurate accrual based on projected company scorecard performance<\/li>\n<li>Finalize the discretionary bonus payout and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual bonus files and validate the same with the Executives and Non Executives payroll<\/li>\n<li>Assist in finalizing the discretionary payout list<\/li>\n<li>Prepare for discretionary payout as per each CxO with working files for determining the payout<\/li>\n<li>Annual performance bonus analysis based on overall payout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Annual Executive Performance Bonus (PBVP) payout and Pay Reviews<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consolidate performance for CEO direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the PBVP &amp; Discretionary pay reviews with the Rewards Head<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the letters for PBVP payout for CEO direct reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist in creating the emails for all executives for PBVP payout and overlook the emails for the Non Executives<\/li>\n<li>Create overall analysis summary for executive review<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Board Relations<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on Board of Directors annual payout by coordinating the details with Board Relations Team<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the Board of Directors payout file and share the same with the Finance team for payout<\/li>\n<li>Assist in any other Board related backups\/information as requested by the Rewards Head<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Staff Cost Budgeting<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare detailed staff cost assumptions as per elements and submit to the finance team<\/li>\n<li>Monitor finance entries and validate the final outcome with the built model<\/li>\n<li>Simulate projections related to policies<\/li>\n<li>Support for reforecast\/re-budgeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Monthly Staff Cost Monitoring<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly Staff Cost monitoring by elements and validate any gaps<\/li>\n<li>Prepare CTC reposts<\/li>\n<li>Support CTC requests from HRBP teams<\/li>\n<li>Support in efficiency drive by conducting CTC analysis<\/li>\n<li>Support Head of recruitment with Costs, CTCs related to employee movements, contract renewals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Payroll Support<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that the commissions files are received on time for payouts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analysis on Commission payouts for all teams<\/li>\n<li>Seek approvals on the commission payout from the Rewards Head on time to ensure timely payout of commission<\/li>\n<li>Validate all incentive payouts in line with the budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Employee services support<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Support the employee services team to validate salary changes as and when needed in order to adhere to the new framework<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Sample Projects<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Review and Revamp of the Sales Commission schemes (Design and Implementation)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Change in the Graduate Trainee policy<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Reward benchmark for\u00a0roles in order to help business to recruit the right candidates<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Changes to the HR polices relating to rewards<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Salary scales market benchmarking, internal simulations and input into proposal development.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Simulate workforce efficiencies by providing the related costs and assisting in the systematic review<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Prepare for Job Evaluation roles across the company by internal panel or external comp firm<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0 Assist in the development of the pay scales as per the business and organizational needs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please contact to discuss<\/p>\n<p>rrowe@chatworthrowe.co.uk<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Functions &#8211;
