Bank Regulator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Strategic<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in formulating the overall strategy and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Develop the Enforcement strategy and objectives in line with overall strategy and<\/li>\n<li>Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Department and its<\/li>\n<li>Propose the annual Enforcement budget and participate in the overall Financial Crime, Market Conduct &amp; Consumer Protection Department budget setting in order to ensure resources are available to achieve the objectives and KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a forward-looking supervisory regime to provide Enforcement vis-\u00e0-vis financial institutions through effective risk prioritization, identification, and mitigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Operational<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive cases for enforcement from Banking &amp; Insurance Supervision Anti-Money Laundering Department, Market Conduct, Consumer Protection and others as required<\/li>\n<li>Assess cases based on information provided by other functions and through own offsite and onsite further examinations<\/li>\n<li>Acquire the necessary evidence for possible future litigation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate discussion process with licensed financial institutions, negotiate adequate settlement agreement<\/li>\n<li>Recommend penalties and sanctions<\/li>\n<li>Provide information to other law enforcement and security agencies, either pro-actively or on request<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other law enforcement\/security agencies and other parties who are authorized to get banking or other relevant information on AML\/CFT and solicit collaboration of regulated entities when needed<\/li>\n<li>Participate with various agencies and government authorities who carry out some investigation or preparing some reports where input regarding banking activities are provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>People Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction to direct reports towards the achievement of goals and<\/li>\n<li>Guide and motivate direct reports to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developing for higher level roles.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports and identify training needs of team members.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that team members are acquainted with the changing situation and developments.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties outside the scope as and when<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>People Development<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and direction to direct reports towards the achievement of goals and<\/li>\n<li>Guide and motivate direct reports to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developing for higher level roles.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates productivity and progress and identify training needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that team members are acquainted with the changing situation and the developments of CBUAE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education \/ Qualifications \/ Certifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Banking\/ Finance or any other discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Strategic Participate in formulating the overall strategy and objectives Develop the Enforcement strategy and objectives in line with overall strategy and Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Department and its Propose the annual Enforcement budget and participate in the overall Financial Crime, Market Conduct &amp;
